Orders are shipped United States Postal Service either 2 Day Priority Mail or Ground Service depending on weight of package.

We DO NOT automatically insure packages. If you would like your package insured you must contact us by phone or email and request insurance on your package. Extra charges will be applied to the shipping cost if you request your package be insured.

Please note that shipping costs on 7-Day and 14-Day Candles in glass will be higher than our regular shipping costs due to the heavier weight.  The freight will be based on the weight of the package, not the flat rate listed on this shipping chart or in the website shopping cart.  If you are interested in the freight charges for these candles, please phone, fax or email us and we'll be happy to provide you with that information. 

Shipping Policy

In stock merchandise paid for using CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, WESTERN UNION, MONEY GRAMS AND CASH usually ships within 48 hours.  Orders are shipped in the order we receive them. Please keep in mind that most of our products are "custom blended and custom made" so during busy times expect you shipment to arrive within a week from the time you place it.  This allows us time to make your items just as you have requested. 

We reserve the right to use some discretion when dealing with Out Of Stock back ordered items.  If item is out of stock you will be issued a credit or item will be sent at a later date when you re-order.

 ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE HELD 15 WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW FUNDS TO CLEAR THE BANK.  THERE IS A $25.00 FEE ON ALL BOUNCED CHECKS. 

Our Shipping schedule is Monday-Friday, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the special nature of our products (custom blended, custom made and specially prepared) there are no returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.  No returns or exchanges on any products without written authorization from Augustine’s Spiritual Goods. There is a 25% restocking fee on all authorized returned items.

Damaged Items & Lost Packages Policy

Policy for damaged items and lost packages shipped within the USA or Internationally: It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and make the appropriate claim for the damaged items or lost packages.   Most carriers (including USPS) will only accept a claim made by the recipient, not by the shipper which is why our policy on damaged goods and lost packages states that you contact the carrier and make the claim and request that all monetary awards be issued in your name. 

Important!! Invalid shipping information, Failure To Receive Your Package and Failure to Pick Up Your Package!

If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address or are unavailable to receive your package and it ends up being held at your local Post Office it becomes your responsibility to pick it up within 15 Days.  If you fail to do so and the package comes back to us, Augustine's Spiritual Goods, you must pay the additional exact shipping & handling charges it will cost to have it re-delivered to you.  If you fail to pay the exact shipping charges for redelivery of your package within 30 days of our notice to you, we will assume you have relinquished all moneys and rights to ownership of the package and we will not be responsible for what happens to it.

RUSH ORDERS

All Rush orders are shipped USPS 2 Day Priority Mail within 24 hours of Payment.  Rush orders are only accepted Monday - Thursday (NO EXCEPTIONS).  Exact postage/shipping charges will be applied to your Credit Card along with an additional $25.00 to cover the cost of your "Rush Order".  For more Information or Rush Order Request please call (800) 482-4419 or email info@augustinespiritualgoods.com  before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority Mail (GPM), The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive is highly dependent upon the country to which the order is being shipped.  In general, you can expect your package to take at least 2 weeks to arrive after we ship it out.  Please plan accordingly.  We are not responsible for delayed International orders, proof of shipment on our part relieves us of all monetary responsibilities of your order.
   
• You are responsible for all duties and tariffs charged by customs for your shipment.  Also, many countries have restrictions against the importation of plants.  It is your responsibility to check the rules for your country before ordering.  We will not provide refunds for items seized by customs on the way into your country.
